Shipping Information
Flat rate shipping of $8.00 is offered for each kit and applies to both the kit with leather messenger bag and the kit with the grocery tote. Orders are typically packaged and shipped the next business day after the order is placed. All orders are shipped UPS and arrive within 5 to 7 days. This applies to the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer, so please check estimated delivery date via your UPS tracking number. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with the Real World Basics kit, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@realworldbasics.com with the reason for the return and to receive return shipping information. Once we receive the returned kit and confirm that all original contents is included, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and a credit applied to the credit card used to purchase the kit.
We have selected name-brand quality products to include in the Real World Basics Kit and inspect each product before putting it into the kit. However, for any product that is defective due to manufacture, we will replace it within one year of purchase, as long as you return the damaged product and provide proof of purchase. Regarding the leather messenger bag, please respect that leather color and texture is unique. Please contact us at hello@realworldbasics.com for questions about returns and exchanges.
